like the food of Chef Eric, I believe that martinis
and cocktails should use the freshest of ingredients,
with unique spirits, in a manner that elevates
our customer's experience. Our infusions, cocktails,
and martinis change with every season. Often they
are desinged to pair with specific dishes in mind,
but are wonderful by themselves.
In addition to our signature cocktails we preppare timeless classics. Our variety of hand-picked spirits are among the best in their class and will uphold the high standards we have set here at Opal.
